- A member of the “Hoang Thanh Thang Long” page on facebook. To become a member of the fanpage, participants press the “Like” button on the “Hoang Thanh Thang Long” fanpage. (Link fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/ditichhoangthanhthanglong/)
- Use a real Facebook account, have clear information and have 100 friends or more

How to join
- Step 1: Share the post about the contest on personal Facebook account in Public mode + Hashtag #Diemdendisan #HoangThanhThangLong #HoangThanhtrongtoi
- Step 2: Send your photo to the organizers email address (info.hoangthanhtrongtoi@gmail.com) with personal information (real name, personal Facebook link, address, contact phone number, identification number). The organizers will receive your contest image and post it into the album “Hoang Thanh Photo Contest in me” starting on November 1, 2019.
- Step 3: Call for votes for your contest image as soon as the photo album “Hoang Thanh Photo Contest in me” is posted. Each like counts as 1 vote
The voting period will end at 12:00 on December 20, 2019.
Regulations on photos to contest
- Contest photos must have the context of Hoang Thanh Thang Long (about the scene or people)
Selection criteria
Valid photo will be selected by the evaluation committee according to the following criteria:
- Valid entries must complete all required steps of the contest
- Valid votes are only counted by the number of likes directly on the contest image posted by the Organizing Committee in the album “Hoang Thanh Photo Contest in me”.
Prize
- 1 first prize: 01 memory Cup and 5,000,000 cash for the owner of the photo with the highest number of likes
- 2 second prizes: Each award 01 memory Cup and 3,000,000 cash for the owner of the photos has the second and third highest number of likes
- 3 third prizes: Each prize is 01 memory Cup and 1,500,000 cash for the owner of the photos with the fourth, fifth and sixth highest number of likes
- 5 consolation prizes: Each prize worth 500,000 VND for owners of the photos with the seventh to eleventh highest number of like.
If two photos have the same number of likes, the higher prize will be for the photo with a higher share.
Announcing awards and receiving awards
Personal information / organization participating in the contest to receive the “Hoang Thanh in me” Photo Contest Award will be published on Hoang Thanh Thang Long Fanpage on December 25, 2019. The Contest Organizing Committee will contact the winner to confirm the information and announce how to receive the prize.
Other regulation
- Submission which are not valid, contain sensitive content or affect Vietnamese traditions and culture will not be posted on Hoanh Thanh Thang Long Fanpage
- Each author can send a maximum of 03 entries
- No captions, signatures on photos
- The organizers reserve the right to use the participants’ information and images for the purposes of promoting the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long without any prior permission or payment of any expenses.
- Cheating forms in the competition is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants if fraud is detected
- Authors are responsible for the copyrights of their works. The organizers are not responsible for any disputes related to copyrighted works
- Prize-winning works that violate copyright and related rights as prescribed by law, the organizers will withdraw the award.
